What is in the workbook
- A programme sheet per country — Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland and Türkiye. One row per instrument: legal name, body, instrument type, rate, minimum and maximum, status on 22 September 2026, the official URL and the date it was read. Where two official sources disagree, both figures are shown.
- An eligibility checklist — size class and linked-enterprise test, location, sector, de minimis position over three fiscal years, and the procedural gates that kill applications after the fact: advance notification, prenotazione, maturity assessment, start-of-works date.
- A budget model with the cap check — the project split into software and licences, services, hardware and sensors, and training; eligibility flags per line; the hardware-and-training cap solved properly; eligible base, award, net cost and effective subsidy rate.
- An indicator sheet for the application — baseline, target, measurement method, data source, sampling interval, retention period and evidence artefact, so the numbers survive a verification visit.
- A sources sheet — every URL used, graded official or secondary, with the date it was read.
Who it is for
Plant managers, operations directors and CI leads costing a machine-monitoring, MES, IIoT or energy-metering project of roughly €30,000 to €300,000, and the finance or grants person who has to build the file. It is made to be filled in, not read.

- Nothing. It is a free download and there is no purchase condition attached to it.
- Is this grant advice?
- No. It reproduces what the agencies published on their own pages as at 22 September 2026, with the link and the read date for each figure. Calls change and budgets run out, so check the current call documentation before you commit to anything. Where two official sources gave different figures, the workbook shows both.
- Does it cover Central and Eastern Europe?
- No. This workbook covers Germany, Italy, Spain, Portugal, the Netherlands, Belgium, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Switzerland and Türkiye. The CEE programmes are a separate map with different instruments and different intensities.
